Thats the impression I got Pinknico
However I also get the impression that they have very few staff at target and I worry how long it could take them to return the info back. All I can do is nag them to death about it and I will!!!
I think they have a responsibility to appreciate that peoples homes are at risk and they now need to support people by doing their bit to prevent homes being lost and treat certain claims as a priority.
I have played the nice girl for too long now and now I want them to get their finger out sharpish and deal with my claim as priority before things get worse!!
I will not give up on this and they will be nagged until its sorted!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi beaniebabe I had a feeling it wouldnt be that easy with Target/Picture, they will not play ball at all:mad::mad::mad: It will not make any difference to them wether we lose our homes or not. If they take my house they will not get a penny as it is not worth what they lent us but they dont give a s..t They will take their time over this I am sure:mad::mad::mad: Beaniebabe I have emailed watchdog the mirror and the sun and had no reply. i dont know what else to do but like you I will not give up on this and will do everything in my power to make sure these people who have put us through this crap will pay:mad::mad::mad: I am sorry to all if I have offended anyone but this whole thing stinks this is peoples lives they are s......g on from a great height and they dont give a toss:mad::mad::mad: Beaniebabe you must stay in your home and dont pay a penny ti them until it is absolutly necessary. I know from expereince you have a better chance of fighting for your home in it. You are right about the courts though I dont think any judge will repossess when this issue is going on. My MP is back on our case again he is disgusted that this has taken so long, maybe you could give yours an email it might help if we all get MP backing agin/ This has gone on long enough :mad:

So are they saying they are not fast tracking (so to speak) on some???

That is blummin disgustng for the ones that may be at threat of losing their homes. Have they any idea of this and how having this PPI removed and the payments redressed could actually save some of those people from repossessions??

    It stinks
Hi Marshallka They dont give a toss I am fuming so much for priorities no offence meant to anyone but what do we do now? like Beaniebabe says I am going to let them take me coutrt over this I am sure the papers would have a field day over this repossession of a home through mis selling of PPI I will not give up on this no matter what:mad:

    Hi dialysis and beaniebabe
I am so sorry that you are not getting anywhere with all of this, and I fully understand your anger and upset. It is so frustrating when these people do not appear to be listening to you. and being told so many different things.

Why don't you ring the Sun. There was an article not too long ago regarding a large PPI claim and I am sure they would be more than happy to hi-lite the problems, They will also respect anoniminity.
Here are some contact numbers, as you will probably wait quite some time before they reply to your email.

Or you can call the Sun news team direct on:

    London - 020 7782 4100

    Manchester - 0161 228 0210

    Glasgow - 0141 420 5200

    Dublin - +353 (01) 479 2579
    Good luck
    xx

Use the Sun search for PPI claims. It was the one for £27000 with Carol Vordeman incolved in the advert for PPI

  • Just an idea folks

Would it be any good to get a petition together and send it to the Sun so they are aware that there are many of us in the same situation!
Don't know how we would do it but its just a thought I had.

Check out the article in the Sun. Just search PPI claims, it's the one with Carol vordaman. It is a £27,000 PPI claim which the couple won

Good luck with this one, I hope you get someone to listen to this. Give it your all and give them a link to here too;). Its sometimes the only way that they get to know of peoples troubles. All these regulators watch these types of sites and this is how they get to know what consumers are actually suffering from.

It is disgusting as with fos people are fast tracked in situations like this and get to pay off their debts earlier and save their homes and yet these on here that are threat of repossession (really losing what they have worked for all their lives) are still having to wait now and no compensation. If they had their money back NOW they would only use it to pay off debts so what is the problem. When will they get it right really. It stinks and its so wrong. I know its up to the person how they use their PPI redress but most only want to pay off debts with it as they have stated on here (not squander but actually pay back what they owe) and are not having the chance. This is where the annoyance is. It really gets my back up. Is it really worth trying to HELP YOURSELF in this life.
