This waiting game is awful doogle, what reasons did you use for mis sell

    Hi Busbyh

The list was long, it was the 5yr policy paying over 25 yrs, wasnt offered to look for cover elsewhere, conned into it being a savings scheme, unsure on what/who was covered, calls from the sales rep on his own mobile about commission etc, obviously so he couldnt be recorded!!! and not receiving any policy documents, of which i enclosed a letter to picture stating i hadnt received one and them admitting it?!!

I just hope its enough...cant see it not being..as these single premiums are highly misleading..

right just rung another number TWG which is a claim line for insurance I asked for a number of the insurer to cancel and was told I woul have to ring Picture to cancel as we pay them they would then cancel and refund any rebate. I am going round in circles here. I Know I have arrears and I would repay these but this rebate should come to us so we can decide what to do with it. This applies to all of us though it looks like non of us will get thisd it will go to Picture bloody hell:mad::mad:

the only thing I can find on the policy is, if you have been in arrears you will not be entitled to your no claims bonus, doesn't say anyhting about paying any rebate back to Picture, but will keep looking:confused:

Thanks Pinknico i dont mean to sound as if I am moaning I am one of the lucky ones who have had their compo but I dont think its right that this rebate should go striaght to the loan for any of us, for us it will reduce the arraears but I think we should be given the choice:mad::mad:
