Hi Chickpee thanks hun we are going to the lakes at the weekend just me and hubby cant wait. I hope you do hear soon though this is ridiculous have they got it with a senior case worker at the fscs now?

As far as I am aware , they are working in chronilogical order not ref no. So it would depend when they FSCS received your claim form

thanks busbyh i found a number on pictures website to contact about cancelling ppi wha t a suprise its picture themselves he is now looking to see how much rebate i am entitled to, i already know cos fscs told me but it will be interseting to see if he tells me the same will let you know
