I am 100% sure you will win this doogle the thing is now they know they have lost so they are trying now to get the rebate due to cancellation money back I am just looking into this now and the fscs also will let you knowDont you worry Dialysis they wont see a penny of it...hopefully?!!. . i just hope the grounds i put down were good enough...i mean i know it was a farce...but would they?!! i hoping the bad selling practice and not receiving the PPI booklet will be the key..i never what was covered and what wasnt?!!0 -
Thanks busbyh I cant find out the number for the insurance company and the website only gives Pictures number The fscs are going to ring me back when they have looked into it thanks for looking though hunI'm looking through the T&Cs and can't see anything about that, but will keep checking.
I would ring the Insurance company also. I would NOT ever trust Pictre. They will try their best to claw back anything they can.:mad::mad:0 -
Oh forgot also Picture man said If I cancel the policy there will be no reduction in the monthly premium and we would not get the benefit of having the PPI yeah right:mad: I didnt know wether to laugh or scream at him what an idiot if it hadnt been for the PPI I wouldnt have been in the mess I was in. Like everyone I just wish I hadnt even heard of them. I know it is easier for us now we have ours but really I would have thought it was up to us wether we pay them anything
dialysis, I can see if you cancel Insurance, obviously you will not be able to make any claims. When we cancelled we did not receive any rebate and only a £2 reduction in monthly payments.
From what the FSCS have said. The rebate is what your are entiltled to upon cancellation of Insurance. I was told the same thing by Picture that if we cancelled the ppi then we wouldn't get a reduction in our monthly repayments.

right just rung another number TWG which is a claim line for insurance I asked for a number of the insurer to cancel and was told I woul have to ring Picture to cancel as we pay them they would then cancel and refund any rebate. I am going round in circles here. I Know I have arrears and I would repay these but this rebate should come to us so we can decide what to do with it. This applies to all of us though it looks like non of us will get thisd it will go to Picture bloody hell:mad::mad:0
