Hi Doogle, glad they got back to you.;)
They do to what I know of fax your case through from there to the FSCS, as a quickest method, so hopefully it will not be too long now.

yes they did busbyh but you wont believe this the rebate due goes straight back to the loan:mad::mad: as we are in arrears. he also stated that even if you have dont have arrears you will not get the rebate it will go to your loan. I have now rung the fscs who will ring me back furious:mad::mad:

yeah i might give him a call too, the only hints ive got is comfirming we are now married and asking us if we wanted the money back and not Picture?!! of course i said we wanted it back?!?!

Dont you worry Dialysis they wont see a penny of it...hopefully?!!. . i just hope the grounds i put down were good enough...i mean i know it was a farce...but would they?!! i hoping the bad selling practice and not receiving the PPI booklet will be the key..i never what was covered and what wasnt?!!

I'm looking through the T&Cs and can't see anything about that, but will keep checking.
I would ring the Insurance company also. I would NOT ever trust Pictre. They will try their best to claw back anything they can.:mad::mad:

Oh forgot also Picture man said If I cancel the policy there will be no reduction in the monthly premium and we would not get the benefit of having the PPI yeah right:mad: I didnt know wether to laugh or scream at him what an idiot if it hadnt been for the PPI I wouldnt have been in the mess I was in. Like everyone I just wish I hadnt even heard of them. I know it is easier for us now we have ours but really I would have thought it was up to us wether we pay them anything
