Well Picture are not at all happy with the FSCS then. How can they still say SINGLE PREMIUM POLICIES are still a good thing, Did you tell him we could get cover elsewhere at a fraction of the cost - wish I was allowed to swear on here:mad::mad::mad::mad:

I know what you mean hunI have rung the FSCS and told them what Picture said about it should be up to us wether we pay it back or not, the rebate that is they are going to look into it and ring me back. I could not beleive what the Picture guy was saying about 'thier' insurance being a good policy and I would lose all the benefits of the insurance if I cancelled it. What bloody benefits argggggggggggggggggggggggggg:mad::mad:

I can believe these people still have an opinion, they are just collecting money for a company that went bust! And that was as soon as the first ruling of mis selling went against them.
They dont even supply loans anymore so why are they saying single premiums are good??!! IDIOTS.

WELL SAID, pinknico total IDIOTS.

I think TARGET are in there just to try to claw back as much money as possible, by any which way possible. This is why they sent us a letter regarding settlement interest being waived if paid off by a certain date.

Actually I am wondering if this will make any difference to us, in the FSCS calculations as they did waive the settlement fee on completion.Think it was about £1500 or thereabouts

Just checked to see the staus of my claim and was told it was on today's payment run....This is the 1st time I've had confirmation that we've been succesfull and is a great weight off my mind.

Just need to wait for the post now
