Sorry to hear this Pinknico. Did you ring them?
That makes me think that I'm unlikely to get a cheque this week too.
Yes I rang and got the standard response of being reviewed by a manager. Have sent an email stating my concerns about non priority cases with higher reference numbers being dealt with last week and can they check my claim has not been mis laid and to clarify in what order they are dealing with claims.DS1 12/10/04

Good for you speaking up on this Pinknico, I would be curious too, so its worth bringing it up, definately.
I hope they get back to you now and tell you they are sorting this out for today, to be honest they should have done this by now - surely!
Fingers crossed hunni.;)XxxThe one and only "Dizzy Di"

I'll do that as well Pinknico - I am convinced our cases are sitting in the same pile! No I haven't rung them Dialysis but whenever I do I get the same standard answer.
What I am wondering is that if Deloitte are doing all the calculations then they are going to be out of date by the time the FSCS get around to looking at them and then probably we'll have yet another wait until files are signed off etc by the manager.
I'm feeling quite p***d off now with this whole saga to be honest.0 -
Me too chickpee, feel free to use my reference number 45 alongside your own as someone else in the same batch that arrived at the FSCS 25th September 2009 and is still waiting.
I have also said about the computer saying being assessed doesnt mean the claim hasnt since gone missing or overlooked.DS1 12/10/04
