Ok now even more worried! Had an email back saying they had spoken to the manager and they had been assured a decision letter will be sent out this week! Hope they do more than one cheque run a week!!!

Pinknico, ring them again hun, tell them your confused on this matter, being told different things, you do have a good excuse because of the postal disputes as well.;)

Its a lot of money - and its yours, you have the right to now on this now in my opinion. Xx

I think the problem is Di when you ring they just tell you what is on the computer. Having emailed they have actually gone and spoken to the Manager dealing with my claim who says a decision letter will be sent out this week. I am just hoping they have more than one payment run a week and it is not just a letter I will be receiving.

I'll do that as well Pinknico - I am convinced our cases are sitting in the same pile! No I haven't rung them Dialysis but whenever I do I get the same standard answer.

What I am wondering is that if Deloitte are doing all the calculations then they are going to be out of date by the time the FSCS get around to looking at them and then probably we'll have yet another wait until files are signed off etc by the manager.

I'm feeling quite p***d off now with this whole saga to be honest.

I think with this coming posting strike, your entitled to know more, surely if it were them, they would be worried, and as long as your given a more of a direct answer, as it looks like everyone are told the same thing, they do say to contact them if you need to query on anything, ring again I would, good luck hun.;)Xx

Yeah it seems that way doesn't it hun?

I think with these strikes then, they will be issuing more than one payment in a week..............hopefully.Xx

I thought the letter/decision came along with the cheque?
I think this will the case, fingers crossed. X

I've just emailed again (I mentioned your number too Pinknico) so I'll let you know what they say.

Hopefully good news then Pinknico although why they can't actually say that a cheque is on it's way beats me.

The letter will only come with a cheque if my claim was successful:eek:

I have a good feeling on this Pinknico, and with your reasons being like loads on here that have been successful, I will be very surprised if this went the other way, you will be fine - I'm sure.;)Xx

Hi Pinknico you will be fine hun you had the same reasons as me for mis selling so you will have won hun. There is no reason why they cant say to you a letter and cheque they told me so whats the difference. Like Di says I would be tempted to ring and get them to clarify this with you , with the post strikes, you shouldnt have to worry like this I hope you get this sorted soon hun thinking of you:smileyhea:A
