There is a bit about this on the main site from Martin - he basically said they are still working out some stuff but as soon as they can will put info up on how to go about this and templates will be available. I saw it last night when I was browsing.

Morning all hope you are all well. Di whatever you decide to do about those disgusting comments supporting you either way! xx
If people want to look into there loans being mis sold I dont think it will have anything to do with the FSCS as Honey2 has already said (thanks Honey2, hope your husband is ok.)
Maybe the legal route or Citizens advice bureau?

May the cheques come flooding through the letter boxes or as is more likely ripped from the postmans hands!!

Love to all you wonderful people.xx

There is something about mortgages but cannot see anything about secured loans and they are two different legalities involved.:confused:

i think the process of unenforcibility is a legal minefield, i would not like to go down this route, you will not get legal aid and may lose at the end of the day. this will take more than a template letter and a few stamps, i understand what marshalka is saying and these companys should not get away with using false info, maybe this could be the start of a complaint? but you may need more than that to take this forward to unenforcibility. but i think its what the agreement says that you signed in the beginning that may have certain things omitted. if you all choose to try and go that route i wish you all the best of luck, but a process like this will take a very long time to do and as it says in martins email this is not guaranteed. and you could be chasing your tails, the mbna card that was wiped off was only in a small claims court and does not set a precedence. dont build your hopes up for what may be a costly down fall. it would take a lot to get a secured loan or a mortgage wiped out. sorry to p*ss on your bonfire but that is my personal opinion and i think you have all been through enough this past couple of years and i wouldnt wish anymore stress on any of you. hope the postie brings some good news for more of you today xxx please feel free to shoot me down in flames if i have offended
