    Yes I emailed today when funky posted that her letter was on its way as her reference number is higher than mine and still paranoid that mine claim has gone AWOL!
    But funkys had gone to the FOS prior to going to FSCS so giving them the benefit of the doubt till next week!

    Thanks Pinknico. My complaint was upheld by the FOS but I've not heard anything from the FSCS unless I've rung them and then I don't get any answers. I'm just hoping that as my claim number is fairly close to yours that I'll get a decision soon too.

    I'll email them tomorrow and see if I get a similar answer.
