Hello everyone, hope your all well.:A

Deloittes senior handler were supposed to have got back to me by the end of the day today, to let me know if they received the details they are waiting for, from the one lender, did not hear, so will ring them tomorrow, I suppose it will be a case of them letting me know when they do receive the details.
Looks like they must have received details from the one, they did not disclose though, but said they would let me know, as they are aware that this is to be treated in regards of the Twopart ltd case as priority.

Its looking fantastic for all you Picture claimers, well done folks.....:T:T:T:T:j:j:j:beer::beer:. Xxx

    Thank you Di.;)

I take it that as its with the senior case handler that this is the one that will go through everything before it goes back to the FSCS with a decision perhaps?
Can't remember now, but is it them of Deloittes that decides or the FSCS themselves?
To save me searching back on posts lol, it will take me forever.....:o

    Cheers Di, not to worry.;)
I'm just happy that both FSCS and Deloittes have agreed to prioritise it for me, when they receive everything they said they will just get on with it, don't think it will be quite yet though, but at least they are aware of our current situation, until hubby gets back to work.;)

Hi Alyson, I started mine off in May this year, so it was quite late compared to most on here. I was wanting to do it earlier but I kept getting told I couldn't because of Picture going bust. I was very lucky to come across this thread which gave me all the info I needed to go ahead anyway.
What about yourself? When did yours go in? :)

We also started ours in May this year - so it will be interesting to see if they are completed at the same time - keep me updated and I will u!!! xxx :o
Feeling like we were sucked in by the hard sell & lack of info / advice!
Well done to everyone who's won their claims & good luck to those ongoging!:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:
