I feel like complaining of Nemo's attitude, going by the SAR comments......:mad::mad:
This was in regards of the loan taken out in July 2006!!!
There is a name for it and cannot remember, but to write stupid comments on the margins...honestly!
I know its not actually a complaint as such, but if I find out what they call this, it should be reported, not saying we will get compensated, but some nasty comments on the paperwork, I really don't think they realised they left it in with the SAR stuff, as there were one heck of a heavy bulk of it.The one and only "Dizzy Di"

So does that mean we cannot contest against the loan?marshallka wrote: »Correct. Its full and final against the firm as i read..0 -
I have them in my FP sar too. You can complain but I doubt that it will do anything only get you a letter of apology and nothing in "monetary" value.I feel like complaining of Nemo's attitude, going by the SAR comments......:mad::mad:

Life is not nice Di. You can either complain or get on with it. What are you expecting back from it? If its just an apology then again this would be through gritted teeth and not sincere so not worth having or doing anything about either. I bet if lots of people looked through their sars with a fine tooth comb a lot would find unkind comments. The only way you know if anyone is sincere is face to face really so if you get a letter back, I would bet it would be "just to look good" so to speak and they would rap on the wrist the people that made the comments. Also the people making the comments would most probably be just call centre staff and most probably not there now.just added more in my post.....:D;)

There is no way I would let this go Di, no way at all:mad::mad: It is a complaint against their customer service, or lack of it.
They obviously were not aware it had been with the rest of your docs, and i'm sure if they have realised he/she would be panic stricken at the thought of it being reported.
There is no way a company would not address or condone this type of behaviour with the staff member.

This is the only SAR we do have that show bad comments and yes your probably right many probably do have these bad comments.
I do not even want an apology from them, its just how I felt at the time of reading them.....very childish indeed!
The comments were actually made by the compliants Dept, names were even left.
I had my youngest home from school once ill and told them when they rang, this was before the loan advance apparently that I had not time to deal with the matter that day because I was dealing with some issues in regards of my son, it was a stupid comment like "why wasn't he in school"?? What is this to do with them anyway?
And of course that comment "arh so now they realise they cannot afford the repayments is it hahaha".......!!!
There were lots of other things but worse. The one and only "Dizzy Di"
