What reasons were you thinking of using to claim against the loan. Being reaistic about this I don't really know what we could do

Hi all just got in so not had chance to catch up but as Alyson has posted about the loan itself I have to say that if we had known the PPI itself was not sufficient to our needs we would not have taken the laon in the first place also we did not have a proper valuation done, ie drive by or computer one, sorry dont know what they call it, I think we have a strong case and intend to do everything in my power to fight mis selling of the loan.

    Hi hun
I was told Chelt & Glos they have contacted, and waiting to hear from them, also Nemo the loan lender, even though I did inform them they could contact lloyds as well in regards of C & G, I did also give them details today by email of the solicitor BPE Homemove of when we remortgaged, as everything was sorted out through these, where we have information enclosed with these, such as our last mortgage provider and the loan settlement - Nemo.
Have not heard back from Deloittes since they told me they were still waiting to hear from C&G etc.
How long ago did Deloitte request your lender's details from you hun?

Our's was Nationwide and I think he contacted the morgage centre, I suggest you ring them and ask them to send them to you.It will probably be quicker in the long run. It will be worth giving them a ring. They may even email you it, with a bit of luck.
Let's know how you get on and good luck

busby hi hun surely if you wernt given the correct information at the time of accepting the loan wether its PPI or not then picture havent honoured their contract that is the line I am going down and also we didnt have a proper valuation. The valuation is wrong if it is not done in house, as they were going on what it was likde from the outside or by computer ie your postcode.
