Sorry you have not got your cheques, dialysis:mad:

I had email from Deloitte today, and said and I've been told that your claim has been assessed and is ready for checking.

Does any one what that means? FSCS called me on Sat to go over a few things:confused:

    Hi Lian
    Hope your well.

Mine have not got that far yet as Deloittes are still waiting for some info from the lenders, but I take it that they have done their bit and moving it on for checking by someone more senior, then it will then be sent to FSCS to arrange pay out.;)
    Fingers crossed hunni.

According to the news folks, the big postal strikes is set to take place in 10 days time.

So I'm sure the FSCS are now trying to get on with as many cheque payments as possible, to avoid this being disrupted in the post.;)

Hi all, Son in law rang deloittes today. They have still not received information from lender, but he has recieved his, as he requested it also. Deloitte have asked him to fax it over to them today and they can then get on with completing the claim, as that is all they are waiting for.
There was no mention of a questionairre.

They were surprised he had received it so soon as he only requested it last Friday.

Hopefully now we will receive some good news soon, that if it is the correct information deloitte require. It should be as it shows all the interest that has been paid since the new loan was taken on.

    Di,
I cannot believe what I have just read regarding the sarcastic comments regarding you not being able to afford payments etc.

They obviously were not aware they had sent that to you. Did you make a formal complaint about it. I hope you did. Absolutely disgusting and so unprofessional. There must be a head of customer services who you could take this up with.

So bad, it's beyond belief and if these are the type of people we have to deal with, heaven help us all. Si insensitive, but I always say, what goes around comes around and I am sure one day they will get their commupance.

I would definately let Martin in on this one once you are sorted. He will do his utmost to embarrass this company in public, in fact i'm sure he would take great delight in it.

I'm sure the person would be taken to task because of this. It's easy to regognise someone's handwriting even if you don't have a name

I really hope we hear something before then, couldn't cope with the thought of a cheque being stuck in the post. I'm sure FSCS would have to come to some other arrangement if this were to happen. They must have a back up measure in place:eek::eek:

    Hi everyone.

Hope everyone are okay and that Mr Nice postie comes to some today :T:T.

Anyway, we received an email from Deloitte who said is "still" waiting for details from both Chelt and Glos for the Re-mortgage and Nemo, and said if we do manage to speak to them is to chase them up, cos they want to get on with the case.
Even though we did try this with Chelt & Glos the other day....

So looks like I have some waiting yet, but never mind, we will get there eventually I'm sure.;)

Good luck to you all today.

Did CHel and Gloc say they would send it out to you. We only requested it last Friday and received it today. One good thing at the moment is, the post strike has not affected our deliveries in the North West. Hope it stays like that.

Hello dialysis rang them and its still waiting to be signed off, is that the same as being assessed ? who knows?

Bit fed up now got no problem with priority cases being first its how it should be but when larger reference numbers that arent priority are being given decisions it makes you wonder whats going on, I know chickpee is in the same boat and I think a lower reference number than me.

Oh well will call again next week unless numbers over 700 gets decisions then I will find out from Honey2 how to send a formal complaint!!!!

I would say if the assessment is complete, that it is, all done, if they are just waiting for it to be signed off it shouldn't be long. I have a feeling you will be the next on my siggy pinknico- hope so;);)
