Did manage to get through after a long time waiting.......according to both Chelt and Glos and Nemo they are dealing with them and almost ready to send to Deloittes, I will check again with Deloittes tomorrow to see if they had anything back.;)

Well I thought Nemo were rather hesitant TBH, but think I got the message through to them, not unless they just said that to get rid of me......:eek:.
Did you know they actually blocked us from emailing when we made that complaint of the 2nd one almost 2 years ago, read it in the SAR.........:eek:

I have just called Deloittes who said they are working through the picture claims in chronological order BLAH BLAH BLAH, same story different day Lol! However he did end the conversation saying he thought we would have a final decission in a matter of weeks rather than months (which sounds promising!)

It is isn't it?:eek:
Then below that it said "unblock them in a few weeks".....:mad:
There are lots of horrible and hurtful comments from them and there is a name for it, can't remember what it is but some of the comments are uncalled for and not very professional at all.

So sarcastic as well.....:mad:
