Thats got to be a good sign!!
I have noticed on here that a few of you are in touch with FSCS & DELOITTES through e-mail, may I ask how this came about as we have never been given an e-mail contact for either!!

Also I was wondering if after the PPI claims any of you were thinking of claiming that the loan was miss sold all together???? We are!!

Feeling like we were sucked in by the hard sell & lack of info / advice!
Well done to everyone who's won their claims & good luck to those ongoging!:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

    Hi hun

With mine, in July this year Deloittes accidentally send back my declaration form back, and their details were on the letter, I then used their email from the letter to ask why, where then they moved this on to a handler, who apologised for sending this back, and we had to send them back to them again.

    Website
    www.deloitte.co.uk

Then from there we just went on contact, they must have forwarded this to the department dealing with TWOPART.

If you do this make them aware obviously of Picture and your reference details.

Not thought about the loan side of it to be honest, good luck with it hun.

Hi all, Son in law rang deloittes today. They have still not received information from lender, but he has recieved his, as he requested it also. Deloitte have asked him to fax it over to them today and they can then get on with completing the claim, as that is all they are waiting for.
There was no mention of a questionairre.

They were surprised he had received it so soon as he only requested it last Friday.

Hopefully now we will receive some good news soon, that if it is the correct information deloitte require. It should be as it shows all the interest that has been paid since the new loan was taken on.

Oops missed this one earlier, sorry hun :o.
That is GREAT news, :T:T:T, won't be long now then :j:j, tell your son we are all keeping our fingers crossed, thanks for letting us know hunni.;)Xxx

My son in law faxed over the info to Deloittes and has just received a phone call from them stating they now have all the information they need and the claim should be settled soon.

They also said they had requested the same Information form lender, late September and had still not received anything back. Had he not contacted them himself, deloitte would still be waiting for it and the claim would not have gone any further until it had been received.

Thank goodness he called them, we could have been waiting months as deloitte said , the lenders do tend to take a while before they reply, hence holding everything up.

Hope it's not too long now, and I will soon be adding our busbyh to my siggy:D:D
