Bit fed up now got no problem with priority cases being first its how it should be but when larger reference numbers that arent priority are being given decisions it makes you wonder whats going on, I know chickpee is in the same boat and I think a lower reference number than me.

Oh well will call again next week unless numbers over 700 gets decisions then I will find out from Honey2 how to send a formal complaint!!!!

Hi Pinknico I would think that means already assessed just for signiture. I dont know how they work it out like you say higher numbers than you being done already the only thing I can think is if they got to deloitte before yours, or simple to wrok out I dont know hun but it doesnt seem right. :mad::mad: I would ring again at the end of the week I was you. I really hope you hear soon though hun xxxx
