Its been with FSCS since May 2009 & with Deloitte since Aug!

The loan is still with Picture and the questionaire was just asking us to confirm figures and the policy number.

The suspense is killing me Lol!!!

Feeling like we were sucked in by the hard sell & lack of info / advice!

Not sure how long it takes al, all the cases vary, depending on what information they require and how long it takes them to receive it. We were told two weeks ago, by Deloitte's it should only be a few weeks, but as far as we are aware it is still with them.

Also, this is taking over all our lives at the moment, we eat and sleep PICTURE and it leaves a very bad taste in the mouth:mad::mad::mad: but I am hopeful we will ALL get there in the end. Just hope the end is in sight.

It is not nice hun all this waiting I cant honestly say how long it will take a lot of us on here had the claim with the FSCS since august 2008 but they had to wait till Picture went into default in july 2009. Mine has been with deloitte since 8th july but I would ring them and see if they can give you a timescale good luck with it hun and your 'bump' let us know how you get on:D:A
