Hi everyone, hope your all well.

I received a Supplementary Questionnaire from Deloiites through the post, pretty straight forward, with 6 questions.

The first questions is asking to confirm the PPI ref number.

The 2nd questions to confirm the cost of the PPI that was added to loan (answer for all policies you have claimed for)

The 3rd question - details of original loans(s) supported by the PPI, the name of the firm who provided the loan, the account number, the date the loan commenced and the amount of loan.

Question 4 - Is the loan in force?
    If not then on

Question 5 - give details of the new loan that replaced the loan in (question 3), name of firm, the amount, and to let them know if refinanced more than one.
Give details of each loan that had been used to repay the original.

Question 6 - Give details as how the loan was repaid, the amount and if possible attach supporting evidence.

    Then sign.

    Thanks di,
So it is quite straighforward then.

I did give all these details to FSCS once Picture was paid. I sent them a copy of the settlement letter from picture which showed breakdown of the loan and charges.
i sent them a further letter when it was actually completed .

Have you already emailed to ask them this as well hun?

I was so curious, because some were told to ignore them, that I emailed them to question them on these forms, and that was their response to this query.
No haven't but will do di
    thanks
