It seems to be the ones who have settled receiving these Questionnaires doesn't it?
I think the ones with the FSCS then are not receiving them but deloittes only.

Hmmm, the only other thing I can think of it that if they have already assessed before these questionnaires came into force, that they will not send out these forms to the ones already assessed........but yes, defo double check anyway hun.

I have been receiving post everyday , but yesterday got a letter from Egg dated 6/10/09 and today got one dated 30/09/09! so there must have been a bit of distruption on the way.

They did say the other week, this was the only info that were waiting on , and also said if it wasn't a strong case they would not request this information as it is to assess the extra interest that has been paid to date on the new loan, that would be owed to them also

That info was requested about the 26th Sept give a day or two via e mail

Can you remember what date it came into force. DO you have the fsa link re the questionairre

Was it Monday i posted on here to say that we received the questionnaire, will have to look back on the posts.
Think it was end of Sept if I remember correctly that the form was dated for.

I was also told prior to receiving this form by email that they will contact me if they require any further info, will check them out and post on here when I find them, that was because they emailed to ask for lenders details, like yourself.
Then suddenly this form came out of the blue.

Was it Marshallka that posted something about the questionnaires's, think she posted one on here that Dunstonh had originally posted about these forms, will have to go back on these post to check them out I think.

Email received on the 24 Sept 2009 from Deloittes, this was before we received the questionnaire.
