Night all - hope you get news tomorrow.

    Honey2 x

Sorry I haven't been on-line for a while, very busy at work and have done about 60 hours plus this week.

Well done, so pleased that you have received a cheque as well. So it may continue for everyone else waiting for cheques against these crooks!!

I'm sure you will sleep more soundly now, I know I have since the money came through x
  • Hi everyone,

I have been checking this site out regularly over the past few months - but only just got around to posting, hope you don't mind me joining in!!

WELL, We like all on here also have a claim against PICTURE for the mis-selling of PPI (God damn that company - they make my blood boil!) However, we are way behind in the claim process compared to some of you guys.

Here's a bit about us, we originally borrowed £65,000 (BIGGEST mistake of my life-so far) the PPI added was £16,500 ish and we have had the loan since July 2006. My claim no is between 600 + 700 and we have just received a questionaire to fill out for Deloitte, I was just wondering if everyone else had to do this???? and if so does anyone know how long the process is from here? and when do you actually find out if you have a valid claim or not?

SORRY for all the questions that have probably been answered 100 times already but with out first baby due in 2 months time I have alot on my mind (money wise) hence the reason why I can't sleep and am posting this at 5:45am. Hope you don't mind me introuding on your thread.

    AL x :o
Feeling like we were sucked in by the hard sell & lack of info / advice!
Well done to everyone who's won their claims & good luck to those ongoging!:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

Hello Al and welcome to the thread that keeps you sane!

I will try and answer some of your questions and I know the others will post later as well.

A few claimers have had this questionnaire if they have settled this loan with another provider, this is so Deloitte can work out what interest you have been
paying on the PPI part and they can add this to the calculations.

As to timescales cant really help you with that it has varied so much. But the next stage to go to is Deloittes returning your claim back to the FSCS for checking.

People have only found out if they have a claim when a cheque is ready to be sent out.

Take care of yourself with only two months to go and come and join us when ever you can.xx
