After we emailed Deloittes back witht he details of the lenders etc, they also responded the same day with this::::::

I emailed them to query on the Questionnaire, dated 6 Oct 2009, response here from Deloittes......

Dear

I confirm we have sent claimants a supplementary questionnaire to ensure that we have correct and up to date information to help with our review of the claim. Therefore whilst you may have provided some of this information previously, I would be grateful if you would complete and return the questionnaire so that we have the up to date details.

I confirm that we have requested the information from your new lender but cannot give a timescale on how long they will take to respond to us.

We faxed the detail of the lender through to them which was statement from Building society which also show the different % rate changes

If they say they did send a form out, its best to make them aware that nothing have arrived up to now, they will on request send it by email attachment.;)

Ok so busbyh faxed her details over on the 26th September and Di got her questionnaire on the 6th October, yes?

Have you already emailed to ask them this as well hun?

I was so curious, because some were told to ignore them, that I emailed them to question them on these forms, and that was their response to this query.
