Hi everone, hope you are all well today.:D

I had a questionaire Thursday, faxed it back Friday to deloittes(loan is still outstanding!), then this morning, i get a call from the FSCS, a lovely man i might say, asked me some questions about the first application form we first filled it, so i guess deloittes have sent ours back then to FSCS then.
He said that there was no descion made at this time as they were going to send for final assesment, he finally asked if we had filled in who we want the compensation paid to.

What do you make of this?

    Thanks love Lian xx

    Hi Lian
    Hope your well hunni.:A

Wow I didn't know the FSCS worked on Saturdays?? wonder if Deloittes do as well?
Maybe its overtime for them all - due to loads of claims to sort out.

If anyone needs to call any of them, maybe give them a call now?:j:j

I am not sure on how to make this one out Lian, hopefully one of these on here will know more.;)

    Hiya again!

The questionaire I received was the same simple 6 question form that DI3004 received! So maybe you can help me: I can't find the PPI policy number is this the same as the loan account number??

Also we haven't repaid our loan - it is still with the dreaded PICTURE and will be for the next 22 years at this rate!!!!

    xx

Alyson, when was your claim form sent to FSCS, as they are working in chronilogical order, not number order. So even if you are a high number it does not mean you are way behind in the queue. Ours is just under 300 but FSCS received our form on 12th September 08. They are working on the date it was received

So FSCS are working Saturday's, must be inundated with our claims. I was under the impression it only went back to the FSCS when the decision had been made.
It sounds good if he is asking you who you want the CHEQUE made out too.
    Good luck
