We are in arrears with our mortgage as our insurance does not cover it all, only half of it, Deloittes are aware of this also, so yesterday hubby phoned in a payment to Chelt & Glos towards the arrears and told them, he is aware that Deloittes are waiting for details, all Chelt and Glos said was, "oh yes we are aware of that, but you will have to contact another dept, or we can put you through", they did that and no one answered...., we were hoping to chase these up for deloittes.

Hopefully by now deloittes would have heard something from them.

So the BS is aware from deloitte, hopefully then di they will rush it through

also everone, if Honey 2 has just won her case on bad advise, then im convinced that we will all WIN??
    Hi there

The FSCS were adamant that the compensation is for being given wrong advise and not miss selling - they must take that to mean 2 different things. I will clarify when I call on Monday.

    Hi Honey.;)

I think this is quite new, so by the time they dealt with yours and others they already have on the system, they did not bother with these questionnaires until sort of now.;)
    I think.......but not sure. Xx
Are the questionaires being sent to customers who have re mortgaged do you think?
