With our FSCS claim form, we sent a copy of the letter from the FOS, of the one they resolved and this explains about going to TWOPART to pursue on this one, this also explained that we were not given enough information on the sale from the lender in order to make sure we were eligible and for this reason they believe it is the same for the first one.
I highlighted these areas for the FSCS to see, I also enclosed a copy of this to Deloittes the other day as well with the questionnaire, in case the FSCS did not pass the original one to them.

That what I am beginning to think plus there would be more calculations to work out, there would be the original loan and then the new loan that was taken which paid off the original loan.

Just what I think may be happening.

I just think that the ones that will be the most complicated and will require a lot more working out of figures ar the laons that have been paid off by another loan or re-mortgaged, there will be different rates of interest etc. I think that is why these are taking longer. Where as mine was 1 loan, still with the company and PPI still in force therefore easier to calculate if you get what I mean.

    I don't know - just a thought

Yes busbyh you do, and that must ne why Honey 2's friend was turned down as the FSCS think they were given the right advice about pre existing conditions?
Hopefully there other reasons will help them out.

It looks that way pinknico, how can you argue with a telephone recording, regarding the pre exi MC.
Hopefully they get somewhere when their appeal comes through.
The recording were always my main concern, as I have said, I don't really know what was said on the phone

Yes know exaxtly what yopu are saying honey 2. Deloittes are waiting to see what interest we have paid since the remortgage. Although this could be a bonus for us as we did not expect them to pay back the interest on the remorgage side
