Companies in Default/FSCS Claims - Picture, London Scottish, Twopart

mmmmmmm hello, hope all is well. Just a quick question if I may. Has any of the lucky devils that have received compensation also had their 3 year No claims bonus. Honey2, looking at your claim, the dates make you eligible (I think)
Reason for why, I have today received a cheque from Picture for my No Claims (3.5k) Now the advice I have recd is that this amount will be deducted from my compensation. Has anybody that has compensation got this written into their FSCS calculations.
Also, dont know who it was but Im sure somebody wanted to know who Pictures Insurers were. Well my cheque is drawn from the Coffers of London & General Insurance Company Ltd. Does this help you ?
Well now, this begs the question.
If FSCS are saying honey's insurance is still valid and she can still make a claim for redundancy, does this not mean that the no claims should also count. As we have discussed we are being awarded because of the advice given by picture not because the insurance was mis sold
If the Insurance is still valid, then surely all parts of it will apply, and it is an Insurance company chequedialysis,mammamia,honey.beaniebabe,saltyfish,funky,Gumbi,Lian,doogle,oldwulf,pinknico,Halpin,alyson,Barloo,jadone,demir,netabc,chickpee,dannyboy,tomgaskel,Lozza001,sandzb,di,marshallka,pengi,lynnie,busbyh,moggy,Kim66,honestbob,tobione,itdonk,arrongborne,thunders,newtonchang,mbones,showergirl, coffeetower,hayston,sappy,dolallytap,AuntieDeedee0 -

EXACTLY, and that means if you havent recd your NCB cheque Honey then you also got this coming. If it is the way I am understanding it to be. Thoughts anyone. If you see a penny, pick it up, all day long you'll have good luck !!!!!!0 -
Just thinking (again) will have to stop this;)
FSCS's decison to give us a choice explains a few things to us all now.
Now we know why it did not have to be paid back to picture, some of us thought it would be.
We have been looking at it as a missold Policy, wheras they have been looking at it as BAD ADVICE, from Picture Therefore the policy must still be in force, and if it is, the rebate rule should still apply. As after all, that is part and parcel of the so called terms and conditions
Any thoughts on this one!!dialysis,mammamia,honey.beaniebabe,saltyfish,funky,Gumbi,Lian,doogle,oldwulf,pinknico,Halpin,alyson,Barloo,jadone,demir,netabc,chickpee,dannyboy,tomgaskel,Lozza001,sandzb,di,marshallka,pengi,lynnie,busbyh,moggy,Kim66,honestbob,tobione,itdonk,arrongborne,thunders,newtonchang,mbones,showergirl, coffeetower,hayston,sappy,dolallytap,AuntieDeedee0 -

My thoughts exactly barloo, FSCS said it is up to Honey if she chooses to cancel and receive £664 rebate or keep it going. Know what I would do:beer: Also as far as the Insurers go, the p[olicy is still in force, therefore as you say honey should also receive a NCB. Now wouldn't that be some kind of justice!!!!!
At the end of the day the Insurers have been paid by Picture for the policy.dialysis,mammamia,honey.beaniebabe,saltyfish,funky,Gumbi,Lian,doogle,oldwulf,pinknico,Halpin,alyson,Barloo,jadone,demir,netabc,chickpee,dannyboy,tomgaskel,Lozza001,sandzb,di,marshallka,pengi,lynnie,busbyh,moggy,Kim66,honestbob,tobione,itdonk,arrongborne,thunders,newtonchang,mbones,showergirl, coffeetower,hayston,sappy,dolallytap,AuntieDeedee0 -

I think everybody is tired out barloo, it's been a really busy day here today. you know what we are all like with our theories and all.:D
Milk no sugar thanks:D
I do think you would have a case here if they did deduct it. At the end of the day how can they say only part of the policy applies. Wouldn't make sense.
I would definately question this if they do deduct it.

Pinknico, you have just read my mind, I was just about to post that. I would be very tempted not to tell them, Take my chances:D:Ddialysis,mammamia,honey.beaniebabe,saltyfish,funky,Gumbi,Lian,doogle,oldwulf,pinknico,Halpin,alyson,Barloo,jadone,demir,netabc,chickpee,dannyboy,tomgaskel,Lozza001,sandzb,di,marshallka,pengi,lynnie,busbyh,moggy,Kim66,honestbob,tobione,itdonk,arrongborne,thunders,newtonchang,mbones,showergirl, coffeetower,hayston,sappy,dolallytap,AuntieDeedee0 -
Barloo,if I remember correctly, you spoke to someone at the fscs and told them you were expecting a NCB. Is this correct, and he told you to let them know if you did.
I doubt the person you spoke to has noted this. I would leave for now unless they ask you if you have received anything from the insurers.dialysis,mammamia,honey.beaniebabe,saltyfish,funky,Gumbi,Lian,doogle,oldwulf,pinknico,Halpin,alyson,Barloo,jadone,demir,netabc,chickpee,dannyboy,tomgaskel,Lozza001,sandzb,di,marshallka,pengi,lynnie,busbyh,moggy,Kim66,honestbob,tobione,itdonk,arrongborne,thunders,newtonchang,mbones,showergirl, coffeetower,hayston,sappy,dolallytap,AuntieDeedee0 -
