I just think that the ones that will be the most complicated and will require a lot more working out of figures ar the laons that have been paid off by another loan or re-mortgaged, there will be different rates of interest etc. I think that is why these are taking longer. Where as mine was 1 loan, still with the company and PPI still in force therefore easier to calculate if you get what I mean.
I don't know - just a thought

Good point Honey, come to think about it, a case like mine would be complicated, so they would require this supplement to look at this as a review as such.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

You are making sense - thats what I think - not sure if everyone thinks it is that way but I can only go with what my letter said and what the FSCS confirmed to me. As it stands the PPI is paid up in full to the insuarance company.
Honey 2 x
It must have been paid up in full. I think this is how it works honey 2.And as I see it, the FSCS have not put any blame on thre Insurance company only the ADVICE Picture have given us.
It can only be a good thing for you, as now you can get your mortgage paid for awhile while your husband is out of work. At least it will take some of the pressure off:beer:dialysis,mammamia,honey.beaniebabe,saltyfish,funky,Gumbi,Lian,doogle,oldwulf,pinknico,Halpin,alyson,Barloo,jadone,demir,netabc,chickpee,dannyboy,tomgaskel,Lozza001,sandzb,di,marshallka,pengi,lynnie,busbyh,moggy,Kim66,honestbob,tobione,itdonk,arrongborne,thunders,newtonchang,mbones,showergirl, coffeetower,hayston,sappy,dolallytap,AuntieDeedee0
