Yes busbyh you do, and that must ne why Honey 2's friend was turned down as the FSCS think they were given the right advice about pre existing conditions?
Hopefully there other reasons will help them out.

That what I am beginning to think plus there would be more calculations to work out, there would be the original loan and then the new loan that was taken which paid off the original loan.

Just what I think may be happening.

Yes I see your point, mine is though a bit complicated.

We had a loan advance with the same lender that the broker found, that was resolved through the FOS, after we remortgaged, but was then told for the first one to go back to the broker TWOPART.

So its the first one with the FSCS.....Twopart, the lender were Nemo.

That FSCS number is what we have in our book but we have numbers everywhere, will ring them on Monday, in case this has been on the book for a while, for when we rang them before, which was ages ago, I really can't remember......

It must do honey2. As I said on an earlier post, there may not be a problem with the actual Insurance. It is the way we have been misled by Picture, that is where the bad advice comes in. Picture were acting for the Insurers and they had a legal obligation to us as policy holders to give us the correct information, which they clearly did not do.
Picture would have probably made more money from this than the Insurers would.
At the end of the day, how much have Picture paid over to the Insurance company out of what they have charged us for PPI we would never know.

This will probably be the reason the Insurance is still in force, as at the end of the day Picture have paid the money to them for the policy. So when you think about it logically, you should still be able to claim

    Do I make sense;)
You are making sense - thats what I think - not sure if everyone thinks it is that way but I can only go with what my letter said and what the FSCS confirmed to me. As it stands the PPI is paid up in full to the insuarance company.

I 100% agree - Picture needed to make sure at point of sale that you had the right info to make a decision if this PPI was correct for you.
