I work in a Government dept and all our numbers are withheld, it could have been them, although I would think they would leave a message

We have answer machine to. perhaps they are to busy to leave messages and would rather speak to you,rather than you calling them and getting someone else

I don't think mine though would be ready yet though - as its not Picture and Twopart only went into default 8 Sept, so I think I have some waiting yet.
I was surprised to have received this questionnaire when realising the Picture Claimants were receiving these the same time.

Although I imagine they have loads of depts dealing with all the claims, but fingers crossed for us all.:beer:

Very tempted to try, but I know if we ever work overtime on backlogs, we do not answer phone calls. As you can get through so much work without the being bogged down with the calls. This being the reason for working weekends

Glad they are trying to catch up on applications received! Hope that includes the ones they have had back from Deloitte for over 2 weeks!!
