Update my online billing system have not been update since 8 May!!!
Do I need to complain to ofcom???0 -
I have already complained to ofcom for another serice provider on same issue and the reply was
"This is an optional service from the network/service provider and we can not do anything if it is not updated"
According to T&C you are suppose to keep track of your inclusive minutes yourself.

For the past few weeks, access to CPW online billing has been awful. Missing information, errors, technical problems...........disgusting.0

Is there a list anywhere of what service providers are linked to which retailers (high street or online)?
After reading these comments I don't want to end up with CPW0
