    I am on O2-250.
    I was told by CS that my inclusive minutes balance is resetted on the 4th of every month regardless of my billing date (that is apparently on the 20th). Can anybody confirm that this is correct?

    You were lucky to have 04/05 information as on 30/04! Today (08/05) I am able to get information only as on 29/04, i.e. 9 days old :eek: .
    With regard to the above quote, I guess, that
    • '43:41' is just some time of the day (with some mistake);
    • '30:04:06' is the date
    • '0 minutes of 333 offpeak minutes' - no offpeak minutes used; 333 is pro rata monthly offpeak allowance if you were connected in the middle of the (billing?) month;
    • ....

    You can call automated CS and you will get a text back with details.
    You can also call CS and ask them.

    check the number at http://saynoto0870.com

    Its even worser than online billing.

    I just used it today and it gave me bill information up to 30th April 2006.

    Pathetic, disgusting, 1 week old information. Ridiculous!

    CPW are no good.

    I have also been given this information but my billing date is on 6th of each money.

    I don't know why your is the 20th. That must be an error.

    Today I lower my tariff to CPW/ o2 time lesiure plus price plan. Confirm from both customer service team and salesman at carphone 0844 0870 0845 number cannot come out at off peak hour.
    Can any one tell me if it is true.

    PS: Sorry for the plagarising message I have made before. I will promise I will not do again

    Well no matter what sales person told you its always been in inclusive minutes.

    0844 is inclusive in Leisure time plus contracts from O2, O2 Online and CPW (I have personally checked these bills).
