I have contracts with both O2 online and CPW/O2. My latest contract (CPW) started on 20/4, with a billing date of 28/4. I expected my allowance to be roughly a quarter of the monthly tariff (200 mins and 100 texts), so 50 mins and 25 text. Perhaps, as there are double mins/texts for the first 3 months, it should be 100 mins and 50 texts?
According to the online billing sevice I have 62 mins and 200 texts!
I'm sticking to the 50/25 until the 28th and I get into a proper billing cycle.
The SE 550i has a very useful feature in it's call counter - it lists outgoing calls and total call time as 2 separate figures. The first one doesn't include voicemail calls, which are free on this tariff.

Yes, it will include double minutes.

How often does your online billing information update as far as allowance remaining details are concerned?

    Hi all,
got my 1st contract on O2 200 with CPW 3/4 this month, I have been using the 07744 for about 40 minutes, using CPW txt reply service my bundle remaining minutes stuck on the 17/4. rang CS today, he was cofused, told me going to sort it out, I havr tried again this evening , still the same.
I think '3' is the best to find out remainig minutes

  • Is there any other way of checking o2 minutes except CPW website?

yeah but its not an automated service which will tell you your aloowance remaining etc. It just takes to to CS representative who wil lhave same information as whats available on your online billing, i.e. out of date or slow info.
