MFD, is Benjamin going longer between feeds? (so it's a bit like not expressing so often?) Can you express another time during the day? Obviously I have no idea how it all fits in with regular BF so if I'm talking newbie nonsense, ignore me! ;):o

Also eat oats and take Fennugreek (herbal tablet from H&B) :)
Is he maybe not taking more out of your boobies MFD? I never breastfed so don't know......but if there is no change and he is happy, maybe he's gulping back those missing 2oz?

He is not feeding as often :( and when he does there are far more interesting things than boobies going on

I am obsessed with when will I finish at the moment (I can't imagine ever saying no) and I think that my bonkers-ness may be due to the fact that I think he won't need/care for boobies much longer :cry::cry:

Edit: LOL Elle - may I one day quote you back at yourself!!

Edit: Sami - thanks for the socks link - hubby forbids me from buying any more...I bought 25 pairs the other week...then my mom came with another 5 pairs on Sat!!!

MFD, see my edit on the last post. You know fine well stressing about it won't help too :p *hugs* Surely he won't be drinking so much if he's on solids too.. so your boobs are making the milk during the day then by the night when you're expressing they're not making so much as you haven't had the demand.. hence expressing in the middle of the day too to keep up the demand and hence supply :) Just guessing..

I am terrified that my milk is slowing down...for the last few nights I have only been able to express 4oz, rather than the 6oz I was getting, no change in circs.

Are you weaning - so he's needing less milk? Now Violet is on three meals, she's only having milk first thing, mid morning, mid afternoon and bedtime. Apart from the first thing and bedtime feeds, she's only on for 5-10 minutes, so just a little drink really.

3 - At least you got a free bag of food :p Sounds like my dad, he eats no veg or fruit, nothing tomatoey - so not even pasta. He won't even eat egg either, my mums freezers are full of pies!
Edit - I would tolerate your hubby for about a week before I went mad!!!

He'll eat pasta, and curry's or chinese - but nothing green!, or nothing that has grown in a garden!
I don't really know why he's so strange, his mum and dad are quite normal (when it comes to food :D), and will eat anything, but his brothers who still live at home, live on microwavable food, sausage rolls and chips!

I can't really say how much they would like Butlins as it's a long time since I went (14 years) so it might be different now and also I don't know your daughters but I can say that we always enjoyed it and that once you were there it was irrelevent really how far away it was. If it's nearer it means more time there enjoying it and less time travelling. (A day trip or weekend to try it out is probably a good idea though.)

Very true about the travelling. I may try a day trip sometime soon and see how it goes. Time to dip into the savings pot!

I have had a quick scan and no public flogging  now I just think you are all ignoring me :p

I was talking to a lady on Sunday who thought (but clearly found out differently) that she could look after her daughter whilst 'working' at home and was outraged that her boss had 'had a quiet word' - the bl00dy cheek of it - I would sack her in a second if it were me...how the f00k can you be working if you have a baby at home!!!!!
And having written a tender with a well behaved baby I know!!!

At least someone is listening to me...
    ...cheeky cow :p

    :hello:
Hello my darling - I miss you :kisses3:

This is what you meant by just quoting the important bits.....right? :D;):p:rotfl:

Who or what is a phantom thanker? :rotfl:

Anyway, my cakes baked well, with help from the girls. I have no idea why the chocolate chips keep sinking to the bottom though :o

I have 8 girls tonight as one of their friends is staying over. I'm not too keen on being called Mr ..... and she keeps calling me Mr, even though I asked her to call me by my first name. It probably makes her feel uncomfortable to be fair, so maybe I should let her call me Mr. Some may think it would put me in a place out of authority if I let her call me by my first name, but I don't concur. It's not an issue, I just thought i'd type it as for once I don't really have much to say :D

I hope everyone had a good day and tomorrow is even better!

Not sure if this is of any use to anyone - Mothercare deals/savings

Who or what is a phantom thanker? :rotfl:

Look at 3's last post.. It says two people have thanked her but only one name (**) is showing - the other is the phantom thanker! It happens every so often on here. Has happened the last few nights on some of my posts but I thought it might be someone who has me on an ignore list or something and I didn't want to highlight my unpopularness! :(

ETA: Doh! Where I put the "**" I was going to go back and edit once I'd checked who it was and now there are two people showing, you and Sami.. Grrr, made me look silly! :o
