  • Right I have put a very awake but not screaming baby to bed, so we will see if he goes over !!

Mrs T, I agree with you totally about a hospital birth. I had a major hemorrage with Jasmine and an emergency section as her heart rate dropped as my BP dropped. I dont even dare thaink what would have happened if I wasnt in hospital even though I am less than 5 mins from ours, I would still rather be there than risk being at home. Although if I have any more I am still having to have sections :)

I was given some lovely tiny baby sized knitted cardies for Amber, she has worn them once or twice and they are now too tight. I could cry! They were too small when we got them really, everyone was expecting an early baby. But still!

jillie - Alexandra was 8lb 2oz and she was in newborn till about 10 -11 weeks :) thing is it depends on where you buy from too but yeah I'd say get a few newborn pieces at least :) But if you know anyone who has some laying about you could borrow then even better :) I'm probably going to Ebay all the pink stuff but keep the neutral stuff - I think in future (many years from now) we will probably want another child, so just in case I want to keep some of the nice stuff - the cheap stuff I will either ebay or pass on I think... :) As I'm secretly hoping if we have any more it'll be a wee boy (full set IYSWIM) then I don't want to hang on to the pink stuff (which is a colour I don't really like anyway :) )

Can I moan about my belly too? It looks like a jelly, only one that has been had at by some young children and then they have tried to put it back together again :(:o It's horrid, I'd want liposuction and a tummy tuck but I've seen someone with a huge scar right the way round her abdomen after it went wrong

Glam, they kept telling me to test my sugars and I always forgot, I was like hell no - CHOCOLATEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh and just a little tiny OMG OMG OMG OMG!!!! I have less than 3 days to organise a party for 20 7-8year olds! DS1 just anounced that he has told half his class he is having a party at the coffee shop. Got cramp writing invites...

Mine is a bit jelly like but fortunately has gone down loads! Can't believe how skinny my arms and legs are now - it's amazing how much pregnancy fills u out. I'm on a mission to put some weight back on!

I don't need to check my sugars - just have a blood test in 6 weeks :j

right just had tea - need to bath and feed my little man and then hope he goes down well again.

:grouphug: Weezl. Are you and he ok, and were you able to ask about his poorly bum?

Glam, you need to put on weight? *glares at you*

Congratulations Becles and caz, and hugs all round.

I'm about to make my second attempt at putting the monster down, then it's time for laundry, then dishes, then tea and toast.
