Aw Caz, I'm fine but thank you :kisses3: I'm watching the BB final, with LO asleep on me!
Hubby has had to take BIL in A&E. He had a tooth removed earlier and the dentist has left his nerves exposed and he is in agony. The emergency dentist wasn't able to do anything so it was off to A&E. God knows when he'll be home0 -
I caught up with and quoted people, then bl00dy farmville crashed my lapp so I lost it all
DSS just came downstairs all upset because he couldn't sleep. He was sweating massively and was really shakey. I really hope it wasn't because I took him on Hex...which was scarier than I remember _pale_ DSS doesn't do scary - he has nightmares when his friend TOLD HIM about a scary film, bless him!!
Have given him clean PJ's, a glass of milk, popped a lamp in his room and given him Benjamin's spare elephant - because it is the cuddliest thing in the world ever- any other suggestions for calming an anxious child??
Hooray for dss! But, Greg Rusedski is 36!(You have no idea how much searching that gag took!)
:kisses3:
On a funny note - DSS asked his dad what a 'nancy boy' was earlier :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: hubby went all quiet and embarrassed so I helped out with it is a boy that acts like a girl
Reminds me of when DSS asked if Christian in Eastenders was gay - hubby said 'he isn't, but his boyfriend is' DSS was really confused which then meant explaining the whole joke to him :rotfl:watch hubby squirm!!please listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -

Getting fed up of being at home all day and then again when he goes training, feel like i've given everything up, job, gym etc where as OH's life doesn't seemed to have changed much
BIL has just rang for a lift cos he is in pain and has an emergency appointment somewhere over the other side of manchester - OH has had to drive him so i'm home alone again
Lots of hugs xxx. Does your Mum or MIL live nearby who could have LO for a few hours during the week? (so you could get your hair cut/window shop/go back to bed?).
I can only tell you that it got alot better for me a few months in once I had a bit more of a routine going (and stopped feeling so very tired all the time!).

emlou - yes I am Breastfeeding!!! He had a bit of formula yesterday as he wouldn't latch.
One MW was concerned I wasn't feeding him enough but the rest said it was fine. He had a 2.5 hour feed between 10pm and 12.30pm and then slept until 7am but wouldn't feed. He fed for 30mins at 10am, 10mins at 1pm and 45 mins at 5.30pm. Am hoping he will have a long feed again so he sleeps but think that's wishful thinking!!!
Just expect to have Jack attached to your boob as often as possible for as long as possible for the next few days until your milk comes in. When your milk comes in everything changes but until then just spend lots of time in bed enjoying him!!! And tell the rest of the world to b00ger off - he will still be small and gorgeous next weekplease listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -

Woohoo!!!! Well done all of you!!!
Glam, Amber is getting big in some of her newborn stuff even though she isn't even back to her birthweight (6lb15oz). Give it a week and he will fill them better when his legs start to straighten out a bit more.
Anyone think of a little quote to go on my new pendant (it has the kids names on it) has to be no more than 60 letters including spaces!0 -
im watching BB too Oh has disappeared and i said i was having an early night lol! instead im on here looking for a few tops!
poor BIL that sound like agony! i am terrified of the dentist! What's for you won't go past you0 -
Oh, MFD, what was DSS's face like this morning when you told him?! I thought of you all earlier and told DH what a fabulous SM you are...and he agrees!

Congratulations Glam and welcome baby Jack...He is a gorgeous baby:D
MFD - Glad you had a good day at Alton towers...I love the big roller-coasters but dh doesn't, so we don't really bother with theme parks as it is a bit boring going on rides solo.. Maybe when the boys are a bit bigger they will come on with me? Oh what happened with your tender??
Elle - Kai dribbles and drooles like crazy, he has done from about 10wks but he STILL hasn't cut any teeth...although they are in his gums and his poor gums are bulging!!
Feely - Hugs and I really hope you can get something sorted out childcare wise.....I know my childminder does do one offs and once weekly minding of kiddies...maybe if you phoned round a few you would come across one who would love to have Toby for just a few hours a week.
3 - I giggled when you talked about baby 4 falling out..everyone kept saying that to me about ds3!!!! Cheeky beggars!
I spent a lot of yesterday in tears and miserable, convinced that I am a bad mum for going to Uni! I was even on the verge of txting my manager to ask for my job back, I wrote the txt out and was so tempted to press send! I am really unsure whether I am doing the right thing.
It will probably all work out well, and dh says that if I am utterly miserable in my job I might as well try this.....if I don't like it or can't cope with the workload/leaving the kids then leave and just look for another p/t job!!
I met up with a mum who lives a 2min walk away from me today, she is lovely. Has a 3yr old and an 8wk old baby...they are both adorable. We got on really well and turns out we know loads of the same people through working at the same place (although at slightly different times) Our babies will be in the same school year too, so I suppose it is nice that they will know each other already, as we are definitely going to meet up a lot:D
Kai is still restless at night, I was so tired last night I turned off the monitor shut his door and our door, so I couldn't hear his every murmur (I would have heard him if he was screaming though as the bedrooms are very close!) I managed to sleep in till 7am which is when he woke and started shouting.
Sorry for the mammoth post, I don't get on much now, although try to pop in briefly to read a page or so every now and then.Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
Nothing is going to get better. It's not.0 -

It looks quite good, don't understand the description though it says it comes with a storage tray (great) and can be used with magnetic letters, do they mean the letters stick to the tray or the board? And what does this storage tray look like.....hopefully it goes on the easel so it can hold the paints etc I hope?
Could the 20% ELC codes be used on that too?my friend has one but her LO ruined the black board by scribbling all over it in crayon  you can see it in the back ground of this vid http://www.facebook.com/video/video.php?v=129127216775 If you can't see it add me as a friend
Gestation?! Am I being a moron?
he was 37 weeks (if that's what you mean!)
oh dear, i can't believe I'm home with a child without supervision :eek:I remember txt chatting to Elle at about 3am once
MFD: When Chris is upset he like to sleep with his door open, I think hearing us pottering about make him feel safe, maybe leave a little light on so if he wakes up its not pitch black n scarey??0 -
