.. ETA, I'm getting nothing expressing (well, 10-15mls) except huge sore purple nipples. She did have a good feed from both sides though.

Sounds ouchy! :( Would hugs for your sore nipples be a tad odd?! :p:D

If she's feeding well, I'd guess at just keep on letting her and it'll up your supply so you get more with expressing.. Is that the theory?

Beannie, we looked at names and to be honest worked a little like a few have on here. OH and I both made a list of the names we liked and then cross checked them against one another and made a short list. We were going to see what she looked liked and then finally decide. The only thing is when she arrived she didnt look like any of the names we had chosen and decided on a completely different one!!

Rose had here last lot of injections today and she had to have 3 this time. She was fine for the first two but broke her heart at the last one!! I really had to stop myself crying for her. It was awful.

She was 12lb 13oz today at 16 weeks, tho she is still measured as only being 8 weeks with being 8 weeks early. I cant believe how much she's grown. We seemed to be in early baby clothes for ages but now she's in some 3- 6 month clothes already x

Toby does that :( Doesn't seem to bother him but I don't like it!

Tia, do you think the horns are the wrong size? Too much suction?

It's the harmony and has been fine so far. Think it's just because I'm all uptight about it now after finding out she is still not back upto birth weight. Hopefully the electric one will arrive soon and then I can let it run without having to pump and I can read or something and relax.

I need sweets but there's none. Would it be too much to munch on cooking chocolate?:eek: _pale_

Speaking of horns, yesterday I ordered the refresh kit for my Swing with a standard fit horn - can't get on with the softfit one that came with it :( Have been using the standard one from the hospital but after eight weeks it's on it's last legs! :o Must ask if I can have standard ones in the Symphony kit.. Order is in with EYM ;) Thanks Feelie xx

We classed it as sleeping from the last feed at night (which was at 10.30) until we woke her up in the morning (at 7am) so about 8 hours but I'm sure I've read somewhere that the "official" definition is 12-6.

Got my GTT test tomorrow so no food after 9pm tonight.... cant decide whether to stock up before then or not....icon9.gif
I tried to eat lots before the GTT (or at least as much as I could whilst being ill) and I ended up having a high fasting glucose level.

I often eat cooking chocolate, its lovely!

Try not depressing the handle fully. How is her jaundice? I could just about pump and watch telly with a manual. Remember that even if you get nothing, it is still worthwhile, it is still giving your body signals.
