He woke after an hour+ten, clearly still tired and grinchy, but to be fair to him he had pooed himself awake so no blame attaches to him! :)

who told you about my whip :rotfl::rotfl:...

its not bad im kinda with you on it sat staring at the same 4 walls really drives me mental sometimes not to say i dont love being mummy but im a person that is usually always on the go so to just stop is getting boring .... although the propect of going back to my work is not something im looking forward to :rotfl:x

Well I wasn't working so I was enjoying my busy time. Think it's more feeling important I'm missing. Right now I'm just mummy and not invaluable person who does this and this and that.
Tia/searching - i feel the same. I sometimes wonder if my LO is having too much sleep and i start to feel guilty that i'm not doing enough with him, but he's asleep :/ I'm sureit will change over the next few weeks!

Oh yeah, it will change, grass is always greener and all that. Soon it will be no day time naps and constant attention required (mainly to stop your walls being drawn on) and we will be thinking back to this time when all they did was sleep and wishing we could turn teh clock back.

Tia, did you have a C-section? I'm desperate for grown up time but I thought you were supposed to wait six weeks.

The monster does pretty much the same thing, although she uses the breast as a comforting thing for a while after she's finished eating and I'm never sure when the exact point is that she's finished feeding and started sucking. She does fling herself backwards when she's done with both, unlatching with arms wide open, wide wind-smile and wrinkly forehead. It's the cutest thing.

Sugar you can have adult fun as soon as you are ready, I think they say a minimum of 2 weeks due to infection though. But heck, I'm ready! It's just that Amber decided she was ready for something else...

And I'm glad I'm not the only one with a sleepy baby! I tend to know when she is done, she either falls asleep and I notice that the nipple is against her cheek and milk is dripping down my belly or she stops swallowing and only does that fluttery swallows, I give her a few more mins just to make sure then take her off, if she doesn't complain then she is done.

Past three days, my baby has had a really big nap at the time. He has never been a sleeper during the day, and I'm finding it very odd for him to sleep for 1-2 hours!

WOW well done for your DD MOTM ... that is fantastic :D:D:D:D:D x
    Congrats 16!!! Fantastic results!
Wow MOTM - tell your girl well done on those grades :)

Very proud and glad that she has realised she needs to continue learning.

Even more proud as it's less than three years since her 2nd Mother left and it's had a big affect on her over those three years, so even with that in her head, she's done really well.

Not so confident over 15yo next year. She seems to be a little more of a can't be bothered/finds it boring type. A bit like me really at her age, so I shall not be critical, but supportive.

Right, off for a rest. I feel really rough today. Been a long week and we have 16yo's celebration tomorrow :o
