Im just cooking tea now! We all fell asleep earlier, on the sofa in front of the TV, bunch of sloths we are! Keira still will not let me remove the plaster to see her finger, and she keeps saying she can't lift things because of her blood! Not sure if she's over exaggerating or if it's something to be concerned about? Naturally it's going to be bruised and sore, I'm going to take the plaster off when she is zonked out.

Debating weather or not to go into town tomorrow and buy some new clothes for myself....

Was going to buy Keira new stuff for nursery but got a big bag of my sisters clothes that fit Keira, so no point. Plus they will no doubt be clarted in paint and pen before the day is out.

I suggested that a girl joined an internet forum at Booby Club this afternoon. A few people looked at me like I was mad but TBH - who gets full on 24 hour a day support from anywhere else like they get from here??
I only tell OH about MSE and he doesn't understand it. When we were on holiday, one time I said to him, "Can you guess what I'm thinking about?" His answer was, "You're thinking about what's happening on the threads."

Elle hun thanx for asking after me earlier, if I had answered (I know this may sound silly) but I think I might have bubbled, I'm in bed now and chilled. I'm fine ta and still ever so grateful to feelie for pointing me in the right direction.

How right he was!!! I can't help thinking about you lot when I see/hear something that I think you would like!

Benjamin is hubbys 4th child, and whilst I resist any comparisons I sometimes sneak in a little question asking if 'we' are doing alright (I can't help wondering if it is different/if I am coping as well as his exes etc!)
Hubby has said a few times 'You research the best ways to do things and then you put it all into practice, Benjamin is a good baby because you are a beautiful mother'

Research  all I do is gossip on here with you lot ;) :rotfl:

bruno = others have given great advice re sleeping routine etc and MM sharing her experience, but i thought i'd comment on your OH having moved countries to be with you as i have done the same thing.

it may not have any connection to her dealing with your little one, but i find (and have been struggling terribly with it lately) that i am extremely homesick and am craving my family and friends back home more than ever. i honestly think it is soley to do with being a mum now (even though i of course missed them like crazy before).

the fact that i feel like this (and maybe your OH does) means that i am not feeling briliant to start with, so any problems with our LOs (and my LO doesn't not sleep well either) seems to be harder to tackle than on a day (or at a time) when not feeling as homesick.

i am not even sure if any of that makes sense, but hopefully it does.

i feel an awful amount of guilt due to having a baby 10,000 miles away from my family and i even put off calling mum/nan or contacting friends becuase of how bad i feel. it is just a terrible cycle because then i feel worse for not contacting anyone.

again, your OH may not feel the same as me, but it was just a thought

    xx
