Morning everyone
I have such a busy day ahead of me !!
Me OH and Jasmine are going camping tomorrow till Wednesday and Dylan is staying at my mums house for the 2 nights we are away, so I need to get all of his stuff packed and pack up the car and go food shopping for us and buy a new pump for the air beds as ours isnt working and loads more that I cnt think of
all the MIL talk last night, mine said, she should be allowed to have Dylan overnight when we are away, and I just said, no its OK, my mum wants to have him and shes off work anyway, so its fine. Apparently that was rude:rolleyes: So I have agreed to my mum leaving him over to MIL on Tuesday morning and picking him up again after tea time, so she will have hom for about 8 hours, and it will do rightly
Hope you all have a nice day, I will probably be on again later, but need to start cleaning and washing !!The two best things I have done with my life

When my Mam had my brother, she had to stay in hospital for a week as that was the rule for c-sections then. There was a newly qualified Irish doctor who used strut about in his shiny new white coat, and he came to do some checks on my brother. He'd taken his nappy off to do that thing where they check the hips and then decided to do the heel !!!!! test. He'd just stabbed my brothers foot, when my brother let rip and shot poo right down the doctors white coat. It just went silent in the ward, then the doctor said "bejesus, I've scared the sh*te out of him" and carried on, and the whole ward was absolutely ill laughing :rotfl:
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,

Do you really want to get into all that? What if they get confused, work it out wrong and you end up owing it back?
I'm 99% sure we wouldn't owe them anything but you know me if it involves anything more than a filled in form or phone call I won't do it
Look for car insurance on Quidco and find one which offers a reduced price service and free MOT (or are you particular about where you take it?). I got 10% off all services/repairs/parts and a free MOT with my Kwikfit insurance last year
ooh nooo I only trust Fred with my car(I wouldn't let touch kwikfit my CeeCee) I've never tried for Quidco on car insurance but deffo will this time!!
Yup, I think it's a month. It says something like "In order to maintain cover, you should present your vehicle for testing no earlier than [date]" on the certificate from last year
BRB Ed is smelling poop sweet0 -

Well we don't have an old cert coz it'll be her first MOT, aww my other baby is growing up lol
Hmm don't think "Fred" will be on QuidcoI got £42.50 from Kiwikfit insurance two years ago and got £50 from Swinton last Nov-ish for OH's, plus £40 from their own cashback offer
Don't know if that one's still on but there's usually quite a few. ETA: Quidco car insurance cashback link
It'll be 2yrs 11months from when the car was registered then - check your docs. Mine is an 03 plate so could have been registered any time after March that year but it sat on a compound for months on end and was only registered at the end of July before the 53 plates came out so that bought me an extra few months!0 -
Thank hun
It was registered on 12th dec, so If I can get it done in Nov that'll be better so its out of the way before the Christmas, Skiing, Chris's Birthday, FIL's 50th, OH's 25th costly-ness0
