Oh dear, I have a tearful DS1 and a dog needing a new home...

Dog went for DS2 when he rocked Ambers hammock, DH kicked him out the way or DS2 would have ended up in A&E. So, got to call the SPCA in the morning and try to re-home him, somewhere without kids. It's not the first snap he has had at the kids so he has to go, I'm not going to have a dog live who can't be trusted with children, it's better for him to be with someone who has none.

Oh no Tia? How is the dog usually behaved? What breed is it?

OK, Argos bargain clearance is tucked out of the way opposite the car park to the Saddlers Centre and behind the very dodgy Insomnia Nightclub (Formerly Heat, formerly Harleys) Next to poundstretcher (now called InStore) Iceland, Home Bargains and Gala Bingo... Car parking is £1 for 3 hours, £5 for anything longer than that...

Aimee's just sampling her first microwave meal... Its and Asda Good Stuff one... £1 for shepherds pie... She's not keen... But then why would she be when her Mummy makes the best shepherds pie in the world?!

Caitlyn had her 2nd injections yesterday, apart from purple screaming when they were done, there was no other effect... She had some really good afternoon naps and was really happy in the evening... I asked the nurse about her gammy eye while I was there, she was supposed to be doing a prescription for me to pop in and pick up this morning... Being wholly untrusting of anyone down at that Drs I rang before I trekked all the way down... No prescription... Receptionist was supposed to be asking the nurse and calling me back... Guess what... No telephone call! Might ring them in a bit, see if they can get something sorted for Monday... I put in a request for a nitty gritty comb prescription ready for when Aimee goes back to school since she decided she wants to grow her hair... If they let me have one the script should be ready Monday anyway, saves me two journeys down there....

eta... Prescriptions been done, nobody could be bothered to call me and let me know... It's peeing it down now and hubby won't be back in time to pop by on his way home... Will have to wait until Monday... At least her eye has been a lot less sticky today anyway!

Tia, sorry to hear about your dog... I had to get rid of one once, I was messing around with the ex one day and it went for me... Couldn't keep it in the house then... Thankfully ex had a friend who could take it because the local kennels wanted £40 to take him for rehoming and ex was too busy putting all his wages in fruit machines to help pay the rent and I couldn't afford it...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

He's a collie cross and he is hyperactive but usually ok. Not that I'd trust him alone with the kids (I'd trust no kids with a dog). Think I have just been making excuses for him to be honest, he's not suited to us no matter what I've tried.

No, think he would be happier elsewhere.

As far as I remember collies are quite re-known for being a bit nippy!! We had to get rid of our last dog (Alsation) as he kept growling at the kids, he was very territorial and very controlling.....he also went for a visitor once!!!

We now have THE BEST dog in the world - Lab x Newf.....

No luck with Uni yet....Got to phone one back in the morning and e-mail another straight after if that one is a no-go!!

    Mel x

Right, just phoned the doctors surgery and told them I want the implanon implant out, they tried to fob me off again saying I have to speak to someone about it 1st, TOUGH, I've done that so many times before, It's just a waste of my time and theirs, so she is phoning me back with an appointment as only 2 doctors there can remove it, and I also have to see the nurse at the same time? Why?

The reason I want it out is -

    Acne
    Leaking boobs
    Constant bleeding

And this may sound irrational but I seriously think it has made my hair go thinner! I got this implant in exactly 1 year ago, and before that my hair was thinner than before I had DD but you couldn't see my scalp (I just looked at pics) now you can see my scalp, esp near the crown off my head, and the only thing that has happened since then is getting THAT BLEEMING THING! I've dieted since then but all thats done is made me have a HEALTHIER diet so.....

Yep, I think it's that thing, I love having long hair but it just looks pap right now, scraggly and thin......I'm going ot the hair dressers next week for a trim and my fringe sorted, I won't get much length off, as I wanna see if my hair improves once it is out...

Sorry to hear about your dog tia, It's the best thing though if it's went for your child. Hugs
