Hi

morning! quick fly-by to say £6.56 in paypal from quidco :-) Will be chucking that at the OD later!
oops. realise have also forgotten to add the £3 from Pinecone for last survey0 -
All helping towards your £5 a day challenge - you are doing well, keep going!
Have you looked into dooyoo - you can probably get £50 a month for doing a couple of reviews a day......I have taken £350 from it this year, and only ever do one or two reviews a day......very useful cash and good writing practice too!!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Just paid a further £16 odd to the OD; the money due from Quidco and the £10 I have taken from V Bingo. Was thinking today would be a NSD, but need to post stuff off to Amazon. With any luck I *won't* make my NSD target this month for hopefully will need to post stuff I've sold most days!
Yep, I have finally looked into DooYoo, have done 8 reviews so far, hopefully will get a few more done today!0 -
So far no more DooYoo reviews, for I have been writing some test articles for the possible writing job! I have written three in total, which if he doesn't want to use, I will put on my own blog which I am thinking about setting up. They are articles on various copyright issues to do with the internet; something I am geekily fascinated by and specialised in during my degree, and in an ideal world my career would be related to this. For now, a side job would be great experience! One of the test articles I have written I can rejig for DooYoo, which I am about to do!0

'evenin' all! Somehow didn't post yesterday which was very naughty of me. I also seem to have falled off the spending diary wagon, so will have to do it in retrospect and slap my own wrists. Thankfully I know I only spent 30p yesterday (polos - my lunch had red onion in it, need I say more?!!!!!).
Have updated signature to add the £5 from Virgin Bingo which is now in my account. Am now waiting for £55 from Amazon. I need to deduct postage of about £20 from that before I update my sig though! Means I am about on track for £5 a day, and going to be listing DVDs / CDs. have also made a few piles of things for Ebayage.
Have put in application for job which is going at work, and am quite hopeful that I will at least get an interview! I met the lady I'd be working for today as I had a meeting with her about what she does in relation to what the teams I work for do, and it actually made me feel like I was doing something, and even more bizarrely I was able to answer all her questions and sound like i knew what I was talking about! She mentioned the role at the end, and I told her that I had applied, she said "oooh, good!". Hopefully I made a good impression and she'll keep an eye out for my application! If I got it, not only would be a really fascinating job and would be doing something useful, it would be a major step up, would open doors, and.... would allow me to pay off my debts even big scary loan with no problems at all! Everything crossed, but not pinning everything on it so I won't be too disappointed if I don't get it.
Not heard from the man I wrote the articles for, but not worried since he took at least a week to respond to my initial email!
Oh, I forgot to mention my most recent amazon sale - sold a book for £6 that I bought for £2 from a cheapo book shop :rotfl:0 -
Am keeping everything crossed for the job - sounds fabSometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!Total debt @ Oct 2008: £29,226.42 Credit Card- £[STRIKE]7493.56[/STRIKE] - £7243.56Weightloss : 0/34lbs0

. just got an email from Amazon, someone is asking where their CD is - that I sent them on the 28th August, 2 weeks ago. GRRR. No doubt I will end up refunding this, and annoyed because it was one that sold for quite a lot. Let's hope Royal Mail will honour the claim - probably their bloomin' postal strike that has lost it.
That's put me in a bad mood, and not a good day at work either. For once not because of the job, but my colleagues being entirely demotivated has demotivated me even more! And left me slightly worried I'll get a phone call next week telling me I'm no longer required... argh. Ah well, no point worry about what i have no control over!
Am starting Arise training on the 23rd. yet still skeptical!0 -
Sorry you've not had a great day, but fingers firmly crossed for the job application.Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0
