Aless, so sorry to hear about the problems your OH is having, it sounds awful, I hope you manage to work it out - sorry I can't give any advice.
Labour vibes to all the September ladies!
Ok, here is my list of names: Erin, Megan, Maya, Natalie, Jasmine, Isabelle, Amber, Hannah, Heather, Millie, Ellie, Holly, Arwen, Amelie, Sally and Tamsin. My OH has another list and none of them match and I'm still on the look out for something else! I have no idea how I'm going to be able to decide. We did have Tilly for a while but then I heard that most get called 'Silly Tilly' or 'Tilly willy' so that put me off.
I like Megan, Amber, Millie, Holly and Ellie from that list. Amber and Holly are on our shortlist. I know a few people who have used the others so they are ruled out.
Can I ask where Arwen is from? It's very unusual (surprised that someone else knows someone with it!). Is it from Lord of the Rings? We actually quite liked the name Lyra which is from The Golden Compass. I think it's just a made up name from that as I haven't come across it anywhere else.0 -

Mine does, so i would have been getting a sweep next Monday at 40+1. I think that particularly for your first baby from what I have read, they offer sweeps at 40 weeks and 41 weeks. If it's a second baby, they might leave it until 41 weeks. But I think it probably depends on the area, and of course whether you want one.0 -

I thought Arwen was Welsh?MFW Challenge member no. 96 - on hold!

Its like a 1980's lycra miniskirt (if you are as old as me) which sits over bump and bum and covers up undone waistbands. They have them at amazon for about £10 and ebay even cheaper and mine helped my normal clothes last for ages. In fact, if it wasn't for the fact my thighs increased to gargantuan size I would still be using it. Can't wait until after the birth so I can use it again and get out of these damn jeans. Sick to death of them now, I want my nice clothes back!!!!!

kindaof - they are an soft elastic-y/jersey band (mine are about 4 inches wide?) which goes over the top of your trousers and is supposed to help hold them up so you can leave your buttons undone.top 2013 wins: iPad, £50 dental care, £50 sportswear, £50 Nectar GC, £300 B&Q GC; jewellery, Bumbo, 12xPringles, 2xDiesel EDT, £25 Morrisons, £50 Loch Fyne

P.S. Ones that are used tend be stretched out a bit and not hold your trousers up very well, so 'tis false economy and you're better off buying new
(they're pretty cheap anyway!)
