Glad yout mums cat is ok JHA hate seeing animals sick, it's like seeing babies ill they can't tell you what is wrong and you just want to take the pain away. Feeding vibes to the cat, me thinks a tin of salmon may be appreciated or is that just my fat cat lol

    Hi JHA,

I am extremely lazy and have done very little exercise! I used to just go walking at the start of my pregnancy, but due to getting home from work every night with extremely swollen legs, feet and ankles, all I wanted to do was lie down with my legs up to allow the swelling to go down. It definitely made me lazier than usual!

All the advice says that you shouldn't start exercise during pregnancy but it's ok to continue anything you were doing before. I think gentle exercise like swimming and walking would be fine, and yoga or something, but letting the class teacher know that you are pregnant so they can adapt exercises.

Not sure if this is any help to you at all. Hopefully someone more active than lazy old me will answer you later!!

jha i think as long as you keep active you are ok no marathons are needed. Most recommend classes because motivation can be the problem. Just continue walks and normal day to day stuff without overstretching.
