Fishcake-do you think her parents still treat her like she is their baby,,im only saying this because i work at a primary school and you notice how different each child is,,like some are so grown up for their age,,usually if around a lot of adults or lots of siblings etc,,,
but then you get the only child or the youngest child that the parents just dont want to grow up and will do anything to keep them as their baby,,iykwim
but i think what xmas is saying is a good idea,,,maybe get her to look though some baby mags or get her to choose something for the baby,,tell her you need some ideas/help etc,,she may come round by feeling a bit more inportant that way,,,0 -

have made mexican chicken for tea now with extra to freeze, a huge pot of chilli which is cooking really slowly so it tastes even better and have been preparing all the veg to make casserole tomorrow.
Nicki - hope the meds help. As for relaxing - they went thru breathing and relxation techniques at physio. Just things like focussing on your breathing, visualisation or just listening to music and relaxing.A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

2 days will fly by - just make sure everything is done by lunchtime and then do the 'ole 'No point in me starting anything now' and sneak away! This was my intention but my desk was too messy!!
Really gutted - ate too much white rice for dinner so now my sugars are high so I shouldn't really have any pineapple :mad:A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

Can anyone recommend some shoes, preferable wide fitting, that are as comfy as Clarks but without the hefty price tag!?
I'm currently wearing primark £4 flats, and just bought a new pair in my usual size (4). Now i know you're meant to 'break them in' but they're cutting off the circulation and so sore!! So i'm gonna go on the assumption that my feet are swollen! I hope and pray i don't become a size 5 forever, cos 4 is slightly less popular and u can get shoes in the sale Lol!!
I haven't actually tried a 5 on so not sure if they'd still be too big, but i want some cheap shoes!! I know i shouldn't skimp on shoes but i'm skint atm lol.0 -
Is it bad that I want to go to bed just so I can wake up and be 1 day closer to my wedding?!0
