It's true. I wouldn't be without the new girlchild, but the things we're not able to do that we'd planned and didn't get around to do bother me a little. Plus our special-occasion indulgence restaurant doesn't admit children under 16 so it's going to be a long time before we can go there again unless the hotel we stay in when we're there has very good babysitters.

Morning all, well oh has taken ds swimming so that leaves me to do..................nothing, getting little bits done in the week really does help, pegging the washing out is hardly a chore on a day like today so a couple of hours rest for me...yay...
No twinges yet, had a big wadge of pineapple yesterday and gonna have some later, had a bit of nookie this morning and tonight is the curry:D, i do actually want a curry, not had one for monthes, so all is well, hope mummies to be and bumps are all good and keeping well, and those who are not, have a hug:grouphug:............take care

Morning all (just)

I was up most the night having a panic about work issues so I really needed the lie in today. Glad we are all doing okay though, i`m starting to feel really close to you guys.
Today I need to hoover the flat and do a load of washing. The washing is on but the idea of actually getting up and getting the hoover is just to much effort. So i`m going to find something interesting to watch on 4od and then do it.
I`m sooo lazy

didnt even get a chance to catch up on wednesday and i was gone again.
what happened...

well as i was catching up on here my own midwife rang me and said the hospital had been in touch and i was to have weekly check-ups. so did i want a midwife to come round or go and see her. so as flooring was been done (house a tip) i walked round. got there and said had been in hospital etc and that i was gonna go to the drop-in-cnetre on fri to have the BP/wee checked. any way she checked wee- fine checked BP- up 149/103... left fe wmins and still the same. tried other arm, same. said i needed to go up staright away. but she did it through the ante-natal ward rather than delivery suite. didnt take o/night bag but ended up staying till now.
have upped my meds so now on 500mg of methyldopa 3 times day ( this is double what i was on), seems to be working. have to go bck tomorrow for another check up and then ante-natal clinic at hospital on mon afternoon.

oooh... also have UTI so have antibiotics as well...

off to have some RLT, just in case baby will be arriving a week or so early - we are expecting this too happen but maybe a last minute thing from hospital rather then planned as Glam;s is

Hi Jillie, good to see you back. Sorry you are having such a tough time of it at the mo, but very glad that they are keeping a close eye on you and baby. Fingers crossed for some rest for you both now.

Had a quick look but can't figure out who you have added to the list? Am I just being stupid?

Try some vimto or ribena in the RLT if you are not keen, really helps the rather bland taste.
