Problem is that no one has had the bottle/courtesy to inform her there is a problem. She can hardly be judged for offence that hasn't been brough tto her attention.
The OP / her father can mention it, or stay schtum, using the many excellent suggestions about a movable screen or trellis."This is a forum - not a support group. We do not "owe" anyone unconditional acceptance of their opinions."0 -

The idea of a movable hurdle till then is a great idea.

Hmm, I don't know, I'd certainly put a top on near that horrendous stuff: might solve the problem!:D0 -
No, the thing you need to deter bare skin is yucca plants!Signature removed for peace of mind0

He could plant some holly or something else with large prickles as that will deter her from leaning over the fence.
I am not a prude and have been on a beach where everything is hanging out but there is no way that I would ever sunbathe topless or even totally nude in my garden, I get the feeling this woman gets a kick out of it especially if she makes a point of walking down to the bottom of the garden to chat across the fence.0 -
Perhaps....but maybe asking her to cover up when wandering around the unfenced bits of the garden might be a good first step.........and they say we are losing the art of communication - where do they get these ideas from?0

Let's be honest though...there isn't that many women that look good topless anyway.
I would've thought the majority that come here can't go topless without tripping over them anyway :T :whistle:0 -

Speak for yourself!!! Mine are very perky thank you very much!!!
Not that I'd parade them round for the old man next door though........ having said that our next door neighbour is sooooooo nosey you don't exactly need to parade........0 -
