I ordered something on the 10th under the 14 day delivery guarantee in time for Christmas. When I checked the status it said delivery 26th. When I took this up with them they repeatedly insisted I had ordered on the 12th, til I proved to them in their own email it was the 10th. They then made some bs excuse that because of the Christmas rush they could do what they liked. I advise you steer clear of this shower of cowboys at all cost and tell all your friends to as well.

I the same im afraid. order there special offer via MSE for free christmas cards and just had to pay postage.. never received them when they said, in fact more than five days late. they refunded me without explaination and when I called they just said they would send another 20 free of charge.. not much good when we have already past the last postage for christmas..

to top that off the christmas cards were not cards but postcards???
