I insisted that I had not knowingly signed up to anything more than the cards I had ordered.
They had managed to charge me for 3 months before I noticed and complained. Then another month after that.
They cancelled the subscription straight away.
One month later I noticed a full refund on my card
I guess I should have demanded interest too but I let that go.
It was a lot of inconvenience but at least I didnt get robbedIWasLookingBackToSeeIfSheWasLookinBackToSeeIfIWasLookinBackAtHer.....0 -

I have also just discovered I've been stung for £9.95 for the past 3 months. I emailed them stating I had not signed up for anything, other than ordering some cards, and that they would refund this theft or I would contact my CC company.
The next day I got a response promising a full refund. We'll have to see if it happens now.0 -
Dear All Re Vista Print Rewards,
I too have been stung by this scam of there’s and have tried to contact them. They are not replying to e-mails and the phone number is just an answer message now. Also I can no longer log into the member’s area of Vista Print Rewards. I have just e-mailed the BBC Watch Dog program asking them to investigate. Would any of you who are also having trouble mind joining me in wrighting to Watch Dog as the more of us that contact them the more likely they are to investigate. I will keep posting updates to let you know what happens. Remember POWER IN NUMBERS.0 -
thanks for the warning.
i got some free address labels a while ago, and again last week. i remember seeing the free £10 thing, but am pretty sure i didn't click.

i took out the free trial but cancelled (saved email) in january
i ve been working abroad on an doff and only just check my statements and found they have continued to take it.
I sent an email and they said they would refund the last month
i sent a copy of the january email and stated i wanted a refund of all charges since then,
they agreed and refunded took 12 days to appear but i did get it,
Dont worry if they are a little slow, they do get round to it0 -
