Yeah, there was - I need to do mine! I think it's saying that Quidco have a high cashback offer that means, after cashback, you only end up paying £7 :D

    Hey Gwen,

Wasn't there something in the weekly email about £7 AA cover?? I didn't read the details as don't have a car so no idea what level cover that was .... probably basic.

Hope you are feeling better....i seem to have caught your cold so I'm going to spend today chilling out at home!

Yeah, that's what I need to look into. Also need to look into getting it with Clubcard vouchers, although I'm not sure I have enough. I'm struggling to figure out what I need...I know I need Roadside, I know I need Homestart, I guess Recovery would be good, but could I live without onward travel?? This is where I think it's all too complicated and £59 is good anyway and just get that

Makeup - Sorry, I didn't mean to spread it. Nip it in the bud now!! It's nasty when it gets hold.

Really depends on how reliable your car is and what sort of travelling you do? I have roadside and homestart. My car is quite reliable and newish (3 years old) so I only need emergency cover (flat tyre etc) and as I only really go to/from work and local journeys I haven't opted for onward travel or European cover

That's my way of thinking anyway, hope it helps :D

My car has always been very reliable (touchwood!), but it's 9 years old now and has over 100k on the clock. I do tend to do long journeys sometimes, so maybe I should get Recovery and Onward Travel. Not sure I will be able to save anything more then, but I'll look into it.

    Thanks ShoeGal :D

Hmm...I knew things were going to change. I've had too much good luck recently, things have gone rather too well... This week is turning into a bit of a nightmare. Work is fairly manic again  Not sure why I thought it might be any different.

I placed an order with a trader on play.com last week, it hasn't turned up and apparently was 'declined'. No idea why that was, because I've used that credit card since with no problems. Pain in the backside though, because now I've had to order it again

Another problem with an order...some stuff from Oasis I ordered (from the sale, if that makes it any better, still naughty I know). I'd been wondering where on earth that was. Turns out they tried to deliver it and left a card....er, no you didn't, not to my house anyway...so they've took it back to the depot and now it's been returned to sender. Marvellous

To top it all off, tonight the boiler has broken....again...:mad::mad:

I just posted on your diary...crossed posts :D Tis turning into a rubbish week.

The boiler breaking is the worst thing. I hate not having heating and hot water and it only seems like five minutes since it last broke. It's going to be more expensive than last time because he said if it broke again, then he'd need to replace a part. Grrr...:mad:

I feel really let down. I'm not sure if somebody else has let me down or if really, I've been incredibly stupid in trusting somebody I shouldn't have and it's all my own fault, but I feel let down. Not a good week really

Oh well, better get ready for work...try and make tomorrow a better day.
