Wouldn't hold your breath on watchdog. Not impressed by that programme in recent years when I've bothered to watch it. Also crusades will have a bad effect on everyone - including those who can simply sue if they wish. That's what I would or will do if needbe.0

An update on my court case procedure, CNM have filed a defence against my claim, i don't know the details yet but I know their defence will based on deceit and dishonesty as usual.0

I emailed watchdog when the whole mess started but it will be good to see action being taken on a bigger scale!sinjin_smythe wrote: »Watchdog should be interesting next week, i have a feeling our mutual friends are going to me making an appearance on it. I emailed watchdog last week about my cashback predicament so im hoping for a phone call from a researcher this week to spill the beans!
I'd advise anyone having problems with mobile affiliates to drop watchdog a short, to the point email explaining what has happened to you. im sending 2 LBA's tomorrow to CNM0 -
Were any of you who experienced the 'we were missing a page from your bill' with T-mobile? For a period of time, the bills T-mobile were sending me direct were missing a page oddly. Could it be that you did send your whole bill that you recieved to CNM, but it was your operator at fault for sending an incomplete bill. Probably not but worth a thought?0

Asiya,
Let us know what they say in defence!! The 'defence' to my first claim was that they could not contact me!!
You will probably be getting a phone call of some sort soon to try and sus you out. My advice would be to you, and everyone else, would be to insist on full payment as per summons. If they wish to discuss the matter further then they can, of course, write to you. They are simply using delaying tactics.
The Watchdog issue is not necessarily good news for people with money due, it could put them into liquidation. The directors have already put at least one other company into liquidation. Whilst the their problems related to people on this, and a few other, sites cost them a fair amount of cash the consequences of Watchdog fame could be dire.
Therefore, on a selfish basis, I hope the Watchdog article relates to Mobile Connections or someone similar and simply gives this lot a well deserved kick up the *!*!
Good luck,

Which other company?0

Richard,
Fair point.
Are you suggesting legal action against the Network?
The will probably have their backs covered in this eventuality in their T & C's. Mmmmmmmmm T&C's. Yes we all know about them don't we.
You could look through the T&C's as a matter of interest. A bit of late night reading to send you to sleep!
Seriously, I would suggest you get the relevant page from T Mobile asap and send it in to CNM. Of course you would only be doing this to replace the page that CNM had lost wouldnt you:A

Mobile,
Can't remember exact details. But a company search was done by somebody on either this thread or the www.moneysupermarket.co.uk site thread.

Directors surname is Slater or Slaters0 -
Some strange behaviour from CNM with regards to mine and my wifes cashback claims. We both started at the same time.
So far, of rmy wife they've rejected the first claims due to page missing. When I wrote to them they've agreed to pay and reinstate the claim - but still havent paid.
As for my claim. I had the standard email about cheque being raised but nothing yet...0 -
Got my second cashback chq today. sent recorded delivery no less!
Just as well they 'found' my first claim after i had encouraged them to look for it via the small claims proceedure.
Do not accept 'lost' under any circumstances folks!
Good luck,
Neill0
